Once we receive your information, you will get access to your ftp folder and information on how and what we need you to upload. We setup individual ftp sites for all of our clients to keep files save from prying eyes......

We usually respond within an hour and try to have your vocal back to you within 24 hours.

If there is an issue with your track, which has never happened, we obvisouly try to do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please understand that we can NOT make someone that can't sing at all sound just like Usher.... :)
